Break reminders tell you to take a break and leave the hard part to you. Dismissing one costs nothing, so I dismissed every one.
Balancer names the exercise. Every prompt is one specific movement with an illustration, chosen so the set rotates across wrists, shoulders, neck, and eyes rather than repeating whatever you last ignored. It picks the movement for you.
It lives in the menu bar and stays out of the way the rest of the time.
